My dog is very quiet and shy but Nelly was very patient with him and got him playing and happy. I would highly recommend Nelly.
Nelly was great! Very communicative, transparent, and friendly. She took great care of Ralphie and accommodated his special needs like he was her own dog. I would definitely ask Nelly to watch my boy again in the future!
Nelly was amazing! She is dog savvy, and understands pack leadership. My dog Cassius, who has only being boarded a handful of times, was very well cared for, integrated appropriately with her chihuahua. And although he was glad to me home, I know he’d like so see Nelly again.
I needed last minute care and Nelly was so wonderful. Super flexible and accomplished. I appreciated the frequent updates and she made me feel very comfortable that my Nala would be well taken care of.
Monte clearly loved his time with Nelly judging by his reaction when she returned the key. That is my primary measure of quality of service! Nelly kept me thoroughly informed through multiple photos and videos each day. She left my home in wonderful shape; I couldn't ask for more.

🕰 How my Scheduled care looks like🕰: In the morning: Quiet wake up, gentle stretch session, meds & breakfast. Mid-Day Check-In-Potty break, and snuggle time while I work remotely. Evening: Wind-Down Slow stroll, joint-friendly play, late night potty. I follow your written routine to the letter, because familiar smells, sounds, and schedules keep anxious and elderly pups relaxed.
