Neil is so incredible! We were a little nervous leaving our dog with someone for the first time, and Neil went out of his way to let us do a meet and greet first. He watched our pup for us overnight while we had our wedding reception and he was amazing with communication and sending photos! We felt totally comfortable and we’re able to enjoy our day knowing our pup was taken care of. Thank you so much Neil!

This was the first time leaving Jack anywhere or with anyone. So, we were nervous. Neil was easy to communicate with and is calm and reassuring. We left for 2.5 days, Neil kept us apprised of Jack and all the walks and eating habits. Pictures were much appreciated. Neil and Fergus made Jack's stay a great experience for all. We would recommend Neil and Fergus to our friends and family.
