Neil was an absolute lifesaver. He stepped in very last minute to look after my puppy due to a family emergency, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. His communication was excellent from start to finish — frequent updates, photos, and quick responses that really put my mind at ease. It’s immediately clear how much Neil genuinely loves animals. He was incredibly accommodating, patient, and attentive, especially with a young puppy, and treated my dog like one of his own. Knowing my pup was safe, happy, and well cared for made a stressful situation so much easier. I will 100% be using Neil again and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone reliable, kind, and truly passionate about dogs.

Neil stayed in our home for a full week to look after our dogs, Revy and Gordie, and we honestly couldn’t have been happier with the experience. From our first conversation, he came across as responsible, kind, and genuinely interested in getting to know our dogs and their routines. During our time away, Neil was an excellent companion to both Revy and Gordie. He made sure they got plenty of daily walks, kept them active with regular games of fetch, and spent lots of one-on-one time with them. It was clear he wasn’t just “checking in” on them, but really engaging with them and making sure they were happy, exercised, and relaxed. Revy and Gordie absolutely loved the attention. Neil kept us updated while we were away, which gave us great peace of mind. Knowing our dogs were safe, well cared for, and enjoying themselves in their own home made it much easier to be away. When we returned, both dogs were calm, happy, and clearly well looked after — always a sign of excellent care. On top of taking such great care of Revy and Gordie, Neil also treated our home with respect and left everything clean and tidy. We would not hesitate to hire Neil again and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy, attentive, and genuinely caring dog and house sitter.
Our Boston terrier Willow has had great stays with Neil. He’s always easy to deal with, keeps us in the loop, and makes her feel right at home. She comes back happy and relaxed every time, which tells us she’s well looked after. Anyone needing a dog sitter, we highly recommend Neil.
Neil loves dogs more than anyone I know. He's the kind of guy who will recognize your dog before you :) He will treat your fur-babe(s) like a family member and spoil them with attention, snuggles, and playfulness.

Schedule
I currently work full-time weekdays but work depends on weather and job availability so I sometimes have more time at home. But I’m happy to have dogs board with me depending on what their comfort and bathroom schedule is. Currently a pet-free household.

I like to hit the trails with a dog after work for a nice long walk. Plenty of fenced-in backyard space for lounging or getting zoomies out. Lots of couch snuggling by the gas fireplace. Love to play with the dog(s) to whatever their preference is. Have lots of toys and comfy beds and seats available. Can use crate if needed/desired. Happy to adapt to various preferences and routines.
