I know how nerve wracking it can feel to leave your pet with someone you don’t know. After all, they’re not just a pet... they’re your furry family member, and trusting someone else to care for them can be hard. I never take that trust lightly. My goal is simple: to give you peace of mind while making your pet feel safe, comfortable, loved, and cared for while you’re away. Whether your pet is staying with me, I’m visiting them in your home, taking them for a walk, or staying overnight with them, I take the time to learn their routine, personality, habits, and little quirks. Every pet is different, and I believe their care should reflect that. You’ll receive regular updates, photos, and videos so you’re never left wondering how they’re doing. I want you to be able to enjoy your trip, get through your workday, or simply take care of life knowing your pet is in good hands. Safety is always my #1 priority. I grew up surrounded by animals, so caring for them has always come naturally to me. I’m patient, empathetic, and genuinely enjoy getting to know every pet as an individual, not just another booking. For extra peace of mind, I’m certified in Cat & Dog First Aid through the American Red Cross. My promise is simple: I’ll care for your pet the way I’d want someone to care for mine, with patience, love, safety, attention, and lots of affection. In-Home Boarding For dogs who enjoy being part of a home environment, I offer in-home boarding where they can relax, play, and settle in comfortably while you’re away. Dogs are free to relax and roam around my home and are only crated when necessary for their safety or when requested as part of their normal routine. We spend plenty of time in my fenced backyard enjoying fresh air, playing, relaxing, or simply soaking up the sunshine. If your dog enjoys walks and the Florida weather cooperates, I’m also happy to take them on relaxed morning or evening walks at their own pace. I work from home running my business, which means your dog receives plenty of companionship, supervision, potty breaks, cuddles, and attention throughout the day. I also carefully consider personalities when accepting multiple dogs. I never want a dog to feel overwhelmed or uncomfortable. Compatibility, temperament, and safety always come before filling another boarding spot. My goal is for your dog to feel like they’re having their own little vacation while you’re away. Drop-In Visits Sometimes the best place for your pet is right at home. Drop-in visits are perfect for pets who feel happiest in their own familiar environment while you’re working, away for the day, or traveling. During each visit, I can provide fresh food and water, potty breaks, litter box care, playtime, companionship, cuddles, medication when appropriate, and whatever else is part of your pet’s normal routine. I’m happy caring for dogs, cats, puppies, seniors, shy pets, and pets who simply need a little extra patience. I know how strange it can feel having someone enter your home while you’re away, so I treat both your pet and your home with the same respect and care I would expect from someone coming into mine. After each visit, you’ll receive an update and photos so you know exactly how your pet is doing. Dog Walking Sometimes they just need a good walk, a potty break, and someone they can trust. My dog walks are tailored to your dog’s age, personality, energy level, and normal routine. Some dogs want to explore every smell in the neighborhood. Others want a peaceful stroll and plenty of time to stop along the way. And some just need to burn off a little energy before you get home. I never rush a dog simply to check a walk off the list. Safety is always my priority, especially with Florida heat and weather. Walks are adjusted when necessary based on temperature, conditions, and your dog’s comfort. You’ll receive an update after the walk along with photos, so you know how everything went. House Sitting For some pets, there really is no place like home. House sitting allows your pet to stay in their own familiar environment, sleep in their usual spot, follow their normal routine, and have someone there with them overnight while you’re away. I’ll stay overnight in your home and care for your pet as closely as possible to the routine they already know. This can include feeding, fresh water, potty breaks, walks, playtime, companionship, cuddles, medication when appropriate, and lots of attention. During the day, I may need to leave the home for approximately 3–4 hours at a time for other pet-care visits or personal responsibilities, so house sitting is best suited for pets who are comfortable being alone for reasonable periods during the day. I’ll also keep you updated with photos and messages so you can relax knowing your pet is comfortable at home and being cared for. A Few Important Notes • Please complete both your profile and your pet’s profile with recent photos and accurate information before requesting a booking. The more I know about your pet beforehand, the safer and more comfortable I can make their experience. • If you’re new here, please take a moment to review my profile photos and Q&A section. They answer many common questions about my home, routines, drop-offs, pickups, and what to expect. • Reservations are only confirmed once payment has been submitted through Rover. Unfortunately, I cannot hold dates without a confirmed booking. Reservations are honored on a first-paid, first-confirmed basis. • Boarding includes overnight care, feeding, fresh water, potty breaks, companionship, supervised playtime, affection, backyard time, and walks when appropriate. • Boarding does not include bathing or grooming services. I am not a professional groomer, so baths, haircuts, nail trims, ear cleaning, and other grooming services are not included. • For some first-time bookings, I may request a quick meet & greet before confirming. This simply helps me make sure everyone is comfortable and that your pet’s care is a good fit. Whether I’m welcoming your dog into my home or coming to care for your pet in theirs, I want you to feel confident leaving them in my hands. Your pet’s comfort matters to me. Your peace of mind matters to me. And while they’re in my care, they’ll be treated with the same love and attention I’d want for my own.
