I booked Neha for a 2 week stay while I was traveling overseas. 48 hours through the booking, she messaged to say she could no longer keep my dog and asked me to make alternate arrangements as soon as possible. Her reason was that he was barking and seemed uncomfortable in a new setting. That is normal behavior for a dog in an unfamiliar home for the first couple of days, and he has never been an issue for any other sitter. I was thousands of miles away in another country with no way to get home. I had to drop everything mid-trip and scramble to find a friend who could pick him up on short notice. A sitter should be prepared for a dog to be a little unsettled at first, and if they aren't, they shouldn't accept the booking. Ending a stay early while the owner is abroad is the one thing you're paying a sitter not to do. I would not book with her again, and I'd think twice if you're traveling far and can't come back on short notice

A+++ Rover peeps. Neha & Michael were such gracious hosts to our sweet baby girl Twyla. We felt at ease leaving Twyla with them as they were attentive, communicative, and gave us plenty of updates throughout the weekend stay. Highly recommend them especially to anyone who’s anxious leaving their pup behind (like myself).

Neha and Michael were amazing! They were so communicative and were so sweet to our dogs. They took great care of our home as well - I would recommend them to anyone!

Neha and Michael were fantastic hosts to my little guy. They made sure to send lots of pictures and were very communicative! 10/10 would board with them anytime!

Neha and Mike were wonderful sitters, they provided clear communication, were attentive and kept Rye company while providing nice photo and video updates. Happy to have them as regular sitters when we travel!
