Nefertari Carr
Hello there! Our pet sitting business is ran by father and daughter, Avery and Nefertari. Our dog Sammy Sosa lived to be 18 years old and Nefertari started sitting other dogs after he passed away. Avery is retired and lives up to the saying “a dog is truly a man’s best friend”. We enjoy nurturing them, playing with them and spending time with them as it brings us joy. We have skills in walking, feeding and bathing. If your dog needs medication during their stay we can give it to them. If approved we will take your dog/pup to a nearby dog park for some fun on the weekends and some weekdays. We can also take your dog to their vet or groomer when requested.

We used Nefertari several times for our pup and she is a outstanding sitter. She is very communicative throughout the entire process; she sends photos/videos everyday, usually on walks or other activities. This provides reassurance that our pup is being engaged as opposed to cooped up. In every photo, our pup looks happy and carefree, which in turn, makes us happy and carefree. We will always use Nefertari as our first choice sitter. She is the best!
Great sitter and my Riley loves her. She sends pictures and updates daily on how he’s doing. Nefertari is the greatest and I feel comfortable leaving our pooch with her.
Great experience. Nefertari took great care of Esco! She sent updated photos, reached out about any concerns she may have noticed about him and took him on plenty walks and even to a park to play. We can tell he enjoyed himself. We even had a hick up and had to pick Esco up after the window time and Nefertari was able to accommodate us. We will definitely book again if we need it!
Nefertari did an excellent job watching Nola. She sent several pictures which made me feel at ease. Nola appeared to be very comfortable.
Nefertari watched our pooch Riley for two weeks. She texted pictures and kept us posted on how Riley was doing the entire time. She took Riley to the dog park several times during his stay. Nefertari is such a delight and extremely responsible. She gets a FIVE star.
Nefertari always takes such great care of Riley! He loves that he gets so many snuggles from her. She’s flexible and great to communicate and work with. We hope to continue having her watch Riley in the future!

Schedule
Nefertari is currently working full time so she will be at home with your dog during the evening and on her off days. Avery is retired and will be home during the day especially for those much needed potty breaks. We will probably spend more time outside on the weekends at the dog park or on car rides when the weather permits. During the week, Nefertari goes to work and church and Avery works in the evening so if your pup requires a lot of attention we can provide this.

Safety, trust & environment
We do not have a fenced in yard, but we live in a walkable neighborhood. We can take your dog to a dog park for some leash free fun as well. They will probably be taken out 2-3 times while we are home. Fed twice a day unless specified otherwise. We will crate the dog if needed, but we prefer not to keep the dog in the crate when we are at home and like for them to roam around the house freely. We are interactive pet sitters, so we welcome all treats and toys with your dog for their stay.
A typical day
We love to play with the dogs (Nefertari more so than Avery) running around the house with them, throwing their toys, giving them treats. We really enjoy taking the dog on walks, or to the dog park.
