Hi! I’m Neena! I’ve been an animal lover my entire life, and caring for dogs through Rover has become one of my favorite things to do. I grew up with dogs and raised my own Chihuahua mix through college and then a Maltese mix before moving to SD from RI. Over the past several years, I’ve cared for dogs of all sizes, breeds, ages, and personalities. I’ve booked tiny seniors who love to cuddle to energetic puppies, doodles, huskies, anxious rescues, and everything in between. Because I work from home full-time, your dog won’t be left alone all day. My flexible schedule allows for plenty of walks, potty breaks, playtime, and attention throughout the day. I know how much trust it takes to leave your dog with someone else, so I pride myself on providing dependable, personalized care, regular photo updates, and treating every pup like they’re my own.

Neena was great. She was very communicative and clear during our staffy's stay. She catered to our pup's needs and went on plenty of walks with her. And allowed her to get cozy in her apartment as well. We'll definitely book Neena again when we come to San Diego!

Neena was a great sitter! Our dog stayed with her for over a week and had lots of fun outings and plenty of attention. Neena was very good at communicating before and during Pi's stay and accommodating to our scheduling needs for pick-up and drop-off. We would be happy to have her as a sitter in the future.

Schedule
I work from home full-time with a flexible schedule, so caring for pets fits naturally into my day. I typically take multiple walks a day, making it easy to provide multiple potty breaks, exercise, and plenty of companionship throughout the day. Because I’m home most of the time, your pup will rarely be left alone for long.

I live alone in a clean, open one-bedroom apartment in North Pacific Beach with no pets of my own, allowing me to give your dog my full attention. My neighborhood has great walking routes, and I always prioritize keeping pets safe by following their normal routine, using secure leashes and harnesses, and carefully monitoring them during walks and playtime. I’ll also keep you updated throughout their stay with photos and messages so you always know how they’re doing.
A typical day
Every dog is different, so I tailor each day to their personality and energy level. I’d love a furry companion to join me on my daily neighborhood walks, relaxing outside in the grass, or playing with their favorite toys. Since I work from home, they’ll have plenty of company throughout the day while I work, followed by more walks and quality time in the evening. When I’m not working, I enjoy cooking, relaxing at home, or meeting up with friends, and if your pup enjoys tagging along for pet-friendly adventures, they’re always welcome! My goal is for every dog to feel comfortable, loved, and right at home.
