Grad student & former puppy raiser!
I am a trained puppy raiser with Guiding Eyes for the Blind and raised a black lab in the Boston area for a year and a half before he went in for formal guide dog training. I learned so much about basic obedience training and dog behavior and am eager to spend more time working around dogs again!

I have experience working with a wide variety of dog personalities and walking them in busy city areas, so I am well equipped to keep them safe and avoid unfavorable interactions with other dogs!

Nazik is very timely and a good communicator. She was good at responding to my dog’s preferences while also responding what I was asking her to do - not always the same thing :-). Highly recommended.
Nazik asks great questions, is responsive, and on time. I had a great time booking the dogwalk with Nazik. Although, in reality, Teddy took Nazik on a walk around the neighborhood. ?

Nazik is tremendous with dogs! A few years ago she spent over a year helping raise guide dogs for the blind. This included working with a variety of dog breeds including labs, shepherds, and retrievers, and raising a black lab from the age of 3 months to 1.5 years. She showed incredible patience with the young and easily stimulated puppy demonstrating that she would be a great caregiver for any dog of any age.

Schedule
I am a PhD graduate student at UChicago so have a flexible schedule and I’m happy walk dogs in the Hyde Park area, especially if you’re near campus!
