I am an arts professional working from home with flexible hours and great availability on weekends. I had a 17 year old Japanese Chin of my own who passed recently. She was a rescue from a puppy mill with many health challenges, so I have a lot of experience with administering medication, preparing special meals, and caring for senior dogs. I live in a town house style apartment with a large gated ground level terrace and access to many parks nearby. I love all dogs, but I think a small dog would be best suited for the size of my apartment. I often look after my parents' dog as well, which is a friendly 2 year old Shih Tzu, so if your dog is looking for a play buddy, I'd be happy to invite him over during your dog's stay. I treat every dog like my own and will make sure your dog gets all the cuddles and attention he/she needs, so you don't have to worry while you're away.

Nazanin was great. Easily greeted the dogs and they were immediately comfortable with her and her home. When we came and picked them up, they were calm and relaxed, no drama. Obviously she made them feel right at home ;-) !!

Nazanin was great with Marley and he was so relaxed when he got home. He definitely seemed comfortable in her home. Nazanin was also really easy to communicate with.
