Nawel accepted a short notice visit to do 6 drop on visits for my dog over the course of 3 days. While I do appreciate that she accepted such a short notice request. So only actually completed 4 of the 6 visits, without acknowledging this to me at all. The only reason I know that she did not complete all of the visits is because I have cameras (in plain sight and not hidden) in my home and have dated time stamps/video footage. Additionally, she brought her sister into my home with her on all of the visits and never once asked me if this was okay with me. It was a huge invasion of my privacy and I do not appreciate extra people being in my home without my consent. Finally, one of my cameras picked up that Nawel and her sister were sitting outside on my patio hanging out while my dog was inside by himself, clearly not watching him. I did not pay for visits to be conducted this way and certainly did not pay for Nawel and her sister to hang out at my house like this. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of communication regarding the missed visits and her sister being in my home. Before the last visit, Nawel asked me to send her 40 euro for gas money due to the long drive from her house to mine. Prior to Nawel confirmed the booking request, she did mention then that the drive would be far for her. However, she never made any sort of request for gas money before she confirmed the booking. I also do not appreciate Nawel putting me in an uncomfortable position asking for additional money before the last visit was completed and when she didn’t even complete all of the paid visits to begin with. I will not be booking with Nawel again and I will be providing Rover any video footage they need regarding all of my claims. I gave 1 star because I do appreciate that of the 4 visits that she did complete, she sent photos and videos of my dog and those were great.

Impeccable, tout c'est très bien passé avec Nawel. On a pu communiquer pendant mon voyage et j'ai eu des nouvelles de ma minette régulièrement. Un grand poids en moins durant mon séjour. Je recommande ses services.

Première fois que l’on faisait appel à Nawel pour des nuitées, s’est rendue disponible, mais des points nous préoccupent : entretien des litières insuffisant, manque de communication/mises à jours quotidiennes et consigne de sécurité non respectée. Nawel a été informée de nos retours et nous ne lui souhaitons que des améliorations pour la suite
