I provide care in the client’s home, where pets can stay comfortable in their familiar environment. I follow their usual routines, including feeding, fresh water, potty breaks, playtime, walks when appropriate, and any special instructions. I also provide regular photos and videos so you can stay updated while you’re away.

Natsumi was absolutely amazing with our dog and cats! She was so kind, attentive, and caring, and it gave us such peace of mind knowing our pets were in her hands.
