I have worked with all kinds of dogs and cats over the years, and I pride myself on being compassionate, adaptable, and attentive. Whether I’m working with energetic puppies, tranquil senior dogs, or even dogs recovering from surgery, I’ve got the experience and patience to meet the individual needs of your pets. I’m comfortable administering medications, and working with dogs who might not get along as well with other dogs. Whether pets are big or small, shy or playful, I know how to handle their needs and make them feel loved and comfortable. I also offer routine drop-ins and house sitting, keeping your pets happy while making sure your home stays the way you left it.

I have two Golden Retrievers: Winston is 2 while Jake is 14. They both have different needs as Winston is significantly more energetic. He needs a lot more playtime so I take him outside to play throughout the day. Jake is a rugged senior who lives a life of tranquility (although Winston won’t always give that to him) and mostly lays around all day. I walk them both 2 miles every day and let them out throughout the day to use the bathroom. At nights and mornings Jake needs a little assistance getting up and down the stairs and he also requires medication in the morning and night which I put in a chunk of banana. Winston gets a piece of banana too but that’s because he’s spoiled. As for other people’s pets, I use the same amount of care as if they were my own pets. Of course their needs may differ than my two dogs, but I care for everyone’s pets like they are my pets.

Nate stayed for 7 nights at my home to take care of and be available for my cat, Tom. I recently got Tom and he is very fearful of others. He came from an environment where he had been left alone for a long period of time. I know 7 nights is a long period for anyone to stay at someone else’s home and I truly appreciate him and all that he did. I did not give him 5 starts only because I wished he had been a little more communicative. I had requested a daily text via the booking questions, but I often had to initiate any communication. Otherwise, 5 stars. Thank you Nate!!
Nathaniel was great with the pups, and he left the house as clean (or maybe cleaner) than we left it for him! Our pups were in great shape when we returned and we'll gladly book with Nathan again!
