⏰ A Flexible Schedule for Your Pup My work schedule is split into three main time blocks throughout the week, meaning I’m never away for long stretches—never gone for 10+ hours straight. On average, I’m out of the house no more than 22 hours per week. 🐾 Midday Check-Ins – Friends who have left their dogs with me love that I’m home in the middle of the day to check in, go for a walk, play, or just relax with their pup. 🌅 Early Mornings, Midday Availability & Relaxed Evenings – My schedule makes it easy for me to adapt to your dog’s routine as much as possible. Whether they need structured mealtimes, play breaks, or extra cuddles, I do my best to accommodate their needs!

Your pup’s safety and comfort are my top priorities! 🏡 Safe & Spacious Environment – My home is two stories, but during your dog’s stay, the upstairs and kitchen will be off-limits and securely blocked off. The main living area is spacious, with a sliding glass door that opens up to a 6-acre common area featuring a fenced-in dog park and several walking paths—perfect for play and exercise! 🐶 Crate Training Required – For safety and structure, I do require dogs to be crate-trained. However, when I’m home and on the main level, your pup is welcome to roam, play, and nap freely—as long as they’re on their best behavior! 😊 ❤️ Experienced & Attentive Care – I’ve grown up around dogs my whole life, so I understand that every pup has their own personality and needs. I’m happy to adjust to their routine and make their stay as stress-free as possible.

Here are a few key things I’d love to know in advance: ✔️ Daily Routine – Feeding schedule, walk times, and bedtime habits. ✔️ Crate Training – Since I require dogs to be crate-trained, let me know their comfort level with their crate, if it is their safe space, or if they have any specific tendencies/habits surrounding their crate. ✔️ Social Preferences – Do they love meeting new dogs or prefer their space? Are they comfortable at a dog park? ✔️ Energy Levels & Play Style – Are they high-energy or more relaxed? Favorite activities like fetch, tug-of-war, or snuggles? ✔️ Medical Needs – Any allergies, medications, or health concerns? ✔️ Behavioral Considerations – Any quirks, fears (thunder, loud noises, etc.), or habits I should be aware of? ✔️ Special Commands or Training – Are there any cues or routines you’d like me to reinforce during their stay? (NOT dedicated training time) The more I know about your pup, the better I can tailor their stay to keep them happy, safe, and comfortable! ??
A typical day
I love going for walks in my neighborhood, and so do the dogs I’ve cared for! There are plenty of new smells, friendly neighbors, and even other dogs to greet along the way. If your pup is comfortable, we can even visit the dog park to burn off some zoomies! More About Their Stay: ? WALKS – Morning, midday, and evening. I’ll do my best to stick to their usual bathroom schedule, and I can adjust based on their needs. ? PLAYTIME – With your permission, we can visit the dog park! I’m always up for rounds of fetch, tug-of-war, keep-away, and whatever games your pup enjoys. I highly encourage bringing one or two of their favorite toys for their stay ?️ MEALS – Here’s when I’m available for feeding: Weekdays: 5-7 AM, 10 AM-3 PM, 6-9 PM Weekends: 7 AM-10 PM (barring errands or appointments) I do my best to keep your dog’s routine consistent, so just let me know what works best for them! ?

🐶 A Lifetime of Caring for Dogs I’ve cared for pets in many ways throughout my life, and more recently, several friends have trusted me to watch their dogs while they travel for work or vacation. Over time, I’ve become their go-to sitter because they know: ✔️ I truly love dogs and treat them like family. ✔️ Their pups feel at home in my spacious living room, rather than a crowded kennel. ✔️ My community offers great exercise with a large common area, walking paths, and a fenced-in dog park. As a coach by trade, I naturally enjoy helping others—including four-legged friends! Whether it’s ensuring a comfortable stay or keeping them active, I love providing the care and attention each pup deserves.

Nathaniel continues to go above and beyond for Moose. He does great with medication administration and catering to his needs.
This was Moose’s second stay with Nathaniel and he had a blast. He met a new puppy friend too and they did great together. Nathaniel did a great job updating us consistently throughout the stay and we got some phenomenal photo and video updates.
Nathaniel was amazing with my pup. My dog is very high energy and active — Nathaniel was very attentive and sent pictures and videos! Definitely will book again
Nathan did a phenomenal job with our dog Moose. He was attentive, patient, and met us for a meet and greet which helped out a ton. He was very easy to work with, flexible, and thorough. We would definitely book a stay with Nathan again.
