I have a wide open schedule starting at 11:00am each day except for Tuesday. If you need me to work outside of my usual hours, please give me 3 days notice and I will work with you.

Please let me know ahead of time if there are any issues, Behavioral, physical or medical, that I need to be aware of. Such as if they are escape artists, or dont like being touched in certain areas, or if they are skittish around new people because of past or unknown trauma for example. I am very patient and can work with them.
A typical day
We can play catch or Frisbee in the backyard, or take time catching whiffs around the neighborhood. Really anything your animal buddy needs, I should be able to accommodate.

Pet care experience
I have completed the Fearfree training courses and am certified to volunteer at my local animal shelter, where i have been volunteering for the past month, caring for rabbits, ferrets and guinea pigs. I have also cared for many pets through my entire life, both dogs and cats. They are all fantastic pure beings, and make my life much richer for having them in it.

I had a trip planned for a long weekend and needed someone to check in on my little guy, Ollivander. Nathan was the first person that came to mind, and he did a great job. He hung out and spent some time with the cat, played with him a bunch and topped off food and water. My cat loves this dude, and animals are great at sensing character. I recommend him for doggo pals as well.
I’ve lived with and known Nate for the past five years, and I can confidently say he would make a great dog sitter. Nate has a very calm, easygoing personality and is naturally caring and attentive. He’s reliable, easy to communicate with, and very respectful of both people and animals. He also keeps a clean living space and has great personal hygiene, which I think is important when caring for pets in a home environment. He genuinely loves animals, and animals clearly feel comfortable around him. On a regular basis, he makes sure our landlord’s cats are safely inside before bed—even though they aren’t his responsibility. That kind of thoughtfulness and attention just comes naturally to him. In the five years we’ve lived together, we’ve never had a single argument. Nate is patient, trustworthy, and dependable, and I would feel completely comfortable leaving any pet in his care.
