Loving Family w/ Big Country Yard
My wife and I have been around animals for almost all of our lives from fish, to goats, to cows, to horses...and especially dogs. We have crate/house trained a number of puppies, given medications, and can morph our schedule to work with the needs of other folks' dogs...so your unique situation isn't likely to be too daunting for us. I work from home and my wife is home with our three kids. With the exception of Saturdays, we are essentially homebodies. On Saturdays, we are typically out from noon until 5:00pm. There are Saturdays that we are out longer than that, but not usually. Our family of five along with our Cocker Spaniel (Charlie) and Aussie-doodle (Reilly) live in a quiet, cul-de-sac neighborhood, a little out in the country on 2+ acres – all of which is enclosed with an invisible fence and not too close to major roads. We also have a pet door that goes to a fenced in dog run. It's been great to have the space to allow our pups to get great exercise and outdoor time with our family. Since I work from home and my wife is a stay-at-home mother/teacher/superwoman, our schedule is pretty flexible and allows us to respond to our dog's needs as well as those of other pets. Our dogs, Charlie and Reilly are amazingly social dogs who are looking forward to increasing their friend circle.

We had a wonderful experience with Nathan and Jacqueline. From the start, their communication was excellent, which gave us a lot of peace of mind while we were away. During the stay, we ran into an unexpected issue with one of our dogs that required a trip to the vet. Nathan and Jacqueline handled everything with such care and professionalism. Nathan took our dog to the vet, and they both kept us informed every step of the way, helping us make the best decisions. It meant so much to know our dog was in such capable and compassionate hands. Both of our dogs came home happy and well cared for, and it was clear they had a great time. We are incredibly grateful to Nathan and Jacqueline for not only taking such great care of them, but also for welcoming them into their home as if they were their own. We would absolutely trust them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, thoughtful, and attentive sitters.

Schedule
My wife and I both work out of our home and our kids are homeschooled, so our house is a flurry of activity with constant access to the outdoors and our expansive yard for our (and your) pet.

Safety, trust & environment
We have two acres of yard that is fenced in with an invisible fence (not a physical fence). We also have a pet door that goes to a fenced in dog run. Our Cocker Spaniel and Aussie-doodle know the territory and enjoy everything from sniffing out moles to chasing our kids. Your pooch can either enjoy the outdoors as often as they'd like, or relax inside when they're tuckered out.
Pets
A typical day
I start my day off with coffee with our two pups as they make the rounds of their domain. During the day our pups have the option of playing outside on our 2 acre yard with our kids, going on a walk with them in our quiet neighborhood, or lounging inside as our family goes about daily life. During the warmer months, we just open up our back patio and they have free rein between indoors and outdoors.
