Safety, trust & environment

I offer part-time pet sitting from my home, and I’m available for longer stays if I’m caring for your pup in your home. I also do afternoon drop-ins, weekday and weekend walks, and morning let-outs before 9 AM. Whether I’m stopping by or staying over, I follow your instructions to a T — feeding, meds, crate time, you name it. Your dog gets daily exercise, lots of love, and the kind of attention that makes them feel like you're still home. You can count on me to provide reliable, attentive care and maintain the standards your pet is used to.

Information Nathan G. would like to know about your pet

It’s important for me to know your dog’s temperament, triggers, and preferences ahead of time — whether that’s how they feel about kids, cats, bikes, or other dogs. I also like to know any command words, nicknames, or special cues that get their attention fast, plus any fun tricks they love to show off. The more I know, the better I can keep them safe, happy, and understood.

A typical day

I love getting dogs out into nature — hikes in the woods, walks through quiet neighborhoods, or just relaxing under a tree in the grass. I also have a super friendly black Lab, so playdates are always an option if your pup could use a buddy to burn off some energy. Whether it’s exercise or downtime, I make sure their day feels fulfilling and fun.

Pet care experience

Hi! I’m a full-time dog handler with Boston for the Dogs, and your pup’s new favorite human. I’ve got real-world experience with: Basic obedience & leash skills Light socialization for shy or rowdy pups Solo walks, group walks, and pack hikes all over the city I’ve raised and worked with dogs my whole life — so when yours is with me, they’re treated like family. I show up on time, read the vibe, and make sure your dog feels safe, seen, and totally spoiled (in the right ways). Let’s make your life easier — and your dog’s a lot more fun.

Nathan helped us during an emergency cancellation and provided outstanding care for our 5 animals. Our dogs needed to be kept separate so no easy task. Would 10/10 rehire.

Nathan took great care of our two dogs for the weekend!! We have two cattle dogs, and one is only 4 months old, so they can be a lot to handle, but he made us feel confident he could handle them. He sent multiple updates and photos throughout the weekend which we absolutely loved and helped us relax on our time away. He left our house in great condition and the pups were happy and healthy when we got home. We’ll definitely be booking him again!
