Pet Loving Fam w/ Flexible Schedule
Our little family (Nathan, Kelly, and our kids) are raising Huck, a 1 year old Yellow Lab. We’ve trained him and are found walking around town with him often. As dog owners, we know how much it means to us when someone we trust is able to watch our dog. Now we want to give the same option to other pet owners. While most of our experience is with dogs, my wife can also cat sit and we also have had a fish in recent years. We are laid back, but also have some active hobbies, such as hiking, kayaking and traveling. We would love to hang out, walk, play, and feed your pup in the comfort of his or her home, or welcome him or her to ours. In addition to Huck, Kelly and I rescued a reactive dog with separation anxiety and had him for several years. I grew up with a mini-Pom and also helped raise a golden retriever from a puppy. We also have many friends with dogs and sit for them frequently. We are very comfortable administering oral medication but since we will be bringing the dog around our family, the dog should not be aggressive or reactive.

Nathan took great care of my dog, Noah. He even sent photos to show that Noah was having a good time. I felt at ease and was able to enjoy my vacation knowing he was in good hands.
I rarely travel because finding a dog sitter can be a pain and my dog gets pretty anxious when he's boarded. Nathan was SUCH a blessing!! He responded quickly to all of my inquiries! He showed up on time (to the minute!) for our scheduled meet and greet! And he was very understanding and not at all judgmental about various reactivity issues my dog can have. This was so nice!! He immediately texted to let me know things went okay when he arrived at my place, and gave me updates and pictures in the morning as well. When I got home, the house was clean and my dog was happy! Best dog sitting experience ever!!
Nathan is an incredibly reliable individual. He loves dogs and it very attentive to them when he watches them. He does not like to leave them alone for long periods of time, and enjoys taking them out for walks/playing with them. If you need a sitter, this is your guy!

We are at home most days and we homeschool and work from home for several days throughout the week. We are happy to work with your schedule to support your pet.

We love to play with dogs. Our kids have been around dogs since they were very young and love cats as well, although we don’t have one.

Ein typischer Tag
We have a son who was born in August 2016 and daughter born March 2019. Therefore, if you'd like for us to watch your dog in our house, your pup needs to get along very well with young children! Apart from feeding and letting your dog outside, we love to give walks and spend some time playing with your dog (if they enjoy that). We also don't mind brushing (whether fur or teeth) if that's needed. We will definitely spend as much time with your dog as you can. Again, since our own dog had separation anxiety, we know it can be difficult for dogs when their owners leave. Therefore, we want to make sure your pup doesn't feel lonely! Extra house-sitting services We are happy to house-sit outside of just coming in to take care of your dog. Any help you need watering plants, bringing in the mail, etc. we can assist!
