I have a full time job now working with Federal Express, during the graveyard shift! If you order your pet supplies online, I most likely helped deliver your food, toys, medication, or supplies during my day gig! But in my off time I like to connect with animals. It helps everything become a little less stressful! I get to decompress by getting to know your pet, you get to decompress knowing you're getting quality care from a caretaker who loves animals and caters to your requests as a pet parent.

I have studied different ways that dogs communicate with one another and understand their body language pretty well and will offer them a hundred percent of my attention while in my care. I am especially patient during walks and let the dog really check in with their neighborhood.

Naturally, I will be taking hints from the dogs about what sort of support they need while their parents are away, but of course if there is anything I need to know about the dog prior to watching, it is imperative I hear about it. Allergies, behavioral patterns, certain sounds or calls that they respond to (especially if we intend to go for a walk), or particular gestures are all good things to jot down so that your pet is provided the care and respect you would give them while you are away!

A dog is usually very good about communicating what they want to do! For low energy dogs, I like to sit down and talk with them and give them pets, but not enough to spoil them. For high energy dogs, I'm more than happy to provide them with tons of stimulation throughout my visit to keep them occupied and healthy. Naturally, I am also mobile, so if your would like your pet to spend some time at the park while you are away, I have the necessary equipment to make it happen.

My family made it a point to have a family pet present during my childhood and our black Lab was practically a second mother to me. On top of this, my grandmother spent most of our childhood as the owner of a family of chihuahuas! Between these I've met many other dogs and have a way with figuring them out to make them feel comfortable, of all temperaments.

Nathan went above and beyond to care for our kitties while we were gone! He was also flexible when we had to extend our Rover booking a bit longer. We got detailed reports every day on how the cats were doing. Came back to a very happy household which means a lot especially when one of our cats is a senior and all 3 of them typically have separation anxiety. Thank you so much Nathan!!
Nathan was awesome! I will definitely book him again to drop in on our cat. He has a great vibe and was very knowledgeable about how to care for pets. Our cat is pretty shy, but she let him pet her so I know he's a great pet sitter.
Second booking with Nathan and still pleased with his care. He even came to check on the cats on a day that I had accidentally not booked in the Rover app, which was incredibly kind of him!
Nathan loves taking care of pets and his passion really shines through the quality of his work. Would hire again if needed.
