Ever since the family cat had kittens when I was four years old, I have been drawn to the care of animals. Honoring the lives of pets as our friends has been a source of inspiration and therapy for myself personally.

I am located at a small farmhouse in Augusta that has a huge yard with two a-joining fields. There is more than enough room to explore the surround with your pet. I am also an avid walker so exercise is big for me generally.

Nathan took great care of our dog Louie. He gave him plenty of exercise and attention. Nathan kept us updated on how the sit was going and sent us photos as well. We appreciate his help and care for our dog and will be in contact in the future. Thank you again!

Nathan was so good with my dog, Ella! I was in the planning stages of a tentative trip when I reached out to him and he really took the time to answer all my questions and even ask his own to ensure a successful stay for Ella. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and so kind in his communication from the planning stages, during Ella’s stay, to pick up. He has such a warm and calm demeanor that put both Ella and I at ease. At drop off, Ella and he were fast friends and he really took the time to get to know Ella and help make her feel welcome and comfortable. He sent regular updates and pictures the whole time so I never had to worry how she was doing. And she had an absolute blast! She’s not the easiest dog, she’s still working on a lot and has a ton of energy and he handled her impeccably. He mentioned he has experience with rescue dogs and that really shown through in his demeanor and connection with her. She felt safe and was her playful happy self when I picked her up. He was nice and organized and had her things in order and ready when I got there. He had given her a nice walk and some water right before knowing she had a decent car ride home. I was just so impressed. Will definitely be back. Cannot recommend Nathan enough!
Nathan was terrific - asked good questions about the kids ahead of time, was communicative while we were away and left everything in great order/condition for our return home. Offered to stay additional as well if our flights were delayed. Very considerate and great with the dogs and cat - they took to him right away!
Nate did a great job watching our pup for the weekend. Crockett had a great time, we had good communication with Nate, and received updates when expected. I highly recommend him!

Schedule
As a working artist, taking the time to care for animals has been such a privilege and the perfect change of pace while I continue to work on creative projects. I have a German Shepherd that I keep separated from the work I do with other animals.
