We couldn't have asked for a better first Rover experience! Leaving our puppy, Buddy, for the first time was nerve-wracking, but Nathaly, Armando and family immediately put our minds at ease. From the moment we dropped him off, and even early on during a meet and greet, it was clear he was in caring and capable hands. The regular updates, photos, videos, and notes helped us stay connected and reassured while we were away. Seeing Buddy happy, comfortable, and having fun made all the difference. They treated Buddy like one of their own, and we're so grateful for the love, attention, and care they gave him. Thank you for making our first experience away from our little pup such a positive one. We wouldn't hesitate to book with you again - and in fact we already have. We highly recommend you to anyone looking for a caring and trustworthy sitter!
I am very pleased with the care Nathaly gave Milo and will definitely have her watch Milo again. She sent plenty of photos, videos and updates.

We've used Nathaly twice now to watch our boy for last minute vacations. She is super accommodating and constantly provides pictures and videos which really brighten our day when we are away. We highly recommend and look forward to having Mickey stay with her again in the future!
I can't say enough good things about Nathaly Leaving my dog for the first time was nerve-wracking, but they made the experience so much easier. They cared for my pup like their own—playing with him, keeping him happy, and ensuring he felt safe and loved the entire time.
