I work less than an 8hr job (Mo-Fri) at the moment and usually go to the gym in the afternoon but can make that schedule flexible. On a work day, I usually go to bed by 9pm, but may go on an occasional dinner with friends during the week. But my afternoon and evening schedules can be flexible pending your dog needs.

He had his own blanket he wanted folded in my bed a certain way before he was willing to lay down for the night by my side… so no ask is too big to comfort you and know that your dog is taken care off the way you feel comfortable when you are not home.

I love all dogs… from the smallest to the biggest! If you’d like to do a meet and greet ahead of time to meet me, that is absolutely fine!
A typical day
We have plenty of green around us so there is plenty of areas for walking. There are a few lakes and parks and dog play areas. I live in the Riverwalk area, and after making it thru Covid, I think I have walked every side street in these neighborhoods. You let me know what your dog loves to do and we'll do it! Some just wanna go for a long walk, others just wanna hang out in their own back yard. Whatever makes your dog happy, we'll do! I did obedience training for my own dog, so if that is something you'd like me to do, I can also do that.

Hi! I'm Nathalie and I live in the Riverwalk area of Chesapeake VA. I joined Rover, to be totally honest, because I love dogs more than people (and I don’t even feel bad about it 🐶). I've had dogs in my entire life, and caring for them has always been second nature to me. My own beloved dog (my little Chihuahua pictured) passed away last year, and while I’m not ready to get another one just yet, my heart has so much dog love to give. That’s why I’d be honored to care for your dog as if they were my own. Whether it’s cuddles on the couch, long walks, or just making sure they feel safe and loved while you're away, I’m here for it. I know how nerve-wracking it can be to leave your dog with someone else, but with me, your dog will be in experienced, trustworthy hands. If you’d like, I’ll keep you updated with messages and photos (I love taking photos!!!), so you can relax knowing your furry child is being showered with love. I am a Naval Officer, but I am currently not working lots of hours so I certainly have time for afternoon and/or evening walks and can even stay at your house if you prefer. Let’s make sure your dog gets the attention, playtime, and care they deserve. Can’t wait to meet your four-legged family member! 🐾💕 *** If your dog is crate trained and very well house trained, we can talk about boarding him/her also at my house. I’d like to offer that on a case by case basis after I met your dog. ***

I know Nathalie for over 10 yrs she's always loved dogs and always owned one. She cares about dogs like she cares for another human which I found very important if u are thinking of becoming a dog sitter ,I mean u leave your baby with a strange person it's like leaving your child with the teacher u want to know what they are about. I can promise u that Nathalie makes sure your ' child ' is taking care of :) I left my dog many times with her and never had any issues I was able just to let go and go and do my thing with any negative thoughts. She maybe spoils them to much with cuddles! :) But that shouldn't be an issue to make her your dog sitter!
