How I care for pets (and your home) Your pet’s routine is my script. I follow your instructions exactly, feeding, meds, walk times, play, and quiet time, so cats and dogs feel safe and settled while you’re away. I’m gentle, tidy, and keep communication clear with notes and photo updates every visit. In your home (house sitting & drop-ins) Security first: I double-check doors, gates, windows and keep leads by the door. No visitors, no parties—ever. I respect your privacy and only use agreed areas. Calm, consistent routine: I match your pet’s normal schedule and preferred style (shy cats get quiet company; playful pets get enrichment). Hygiene: Fresh water every visit, bowls washed, surfaces wiped. Litter scooped/reset each visit; waste disposed of properly. Medication: Comfortable with oral/topical meds when clearly explained; I log each dose in your Rover thread. Home care: Lights/blinds as instructed, plants/bins/mail handled, everything left clean and secure. Dog walks (solo only) Lead policy: I use a secure harness/collar you provide and a fixed lead. No off-lead unless you’ve given written OK and the area is safe and enclosed. Safe routes: I avoid hazards, busy roads at rush times, and stressful dog clusters; I adjust for heat, cold, or rain and bring water on longer walks. Accountability: You’ll receive Rover Cards with timing, route, and a short summary. Cat care specifics Doors and windows stay closed; I check common hide spots so indoor cats don’t slip out. I refresh water, litter, and feeding stations, then match their vibe—quiet company, play, or brushing if allowed. Multi-cat homes are fed separately as needed. Emergencies & consent I keep your vet and emergency contact details on hand. If anything seems off, I contact you immediately, follow your instructions, and, if urgent, seek vet care while keeping you updated. Trust & communication I reply quickly, keep my calendar accurate, and send clear updates (photos + what we did). My goal is simple: a safe, calm environment where your pet’s day feels normal—and you feel fully informed.

Our little Pomeranian loved Nathali. She was caring and attended to her every need. She can be a bit of a picky eater and she tried a variety of options. We received updates a couple of times a day so felt comfortable that she was happy and well looked after. If she isn’t already booked up we would love to have her back! Thank you.
Nathali treated both our dogs with great gentleness and care. She has an inherent understanding of dogs and was particularly sensitive to the needs of one of the dogs who was very nervous. She took time and energy in responding to their needs and sent us daily updates. All this contributed to the enjoyment of our holiday. She was also a considerate and careful house sitter, treating the property with respect and leaving it clean and tidy. We would highly recommend her.
I couldn’t be happier with the housesitting service Nathali provided, and our 5-year-old cocker spaniel LOVED her. Great communication, reliable, would certainly recommend.
Nathalia was absolutely amazing! Her level of care is behind 5* her love for my fur babies was so reassuring and brought comfort and confidence that they were happy and cared for correctly in our absence. I would highly recommend Nathalia to care for your animals and houses as she did at my home. Nathali is a reliable & responsible dogsitter who communicates very swiftly & obviously loves dogs. She sent me regular photos showing Daisy having alot of fun with her & is very conscientious. I recommend her fully.
