Home care: Lights/blinds as instructed, plants/bins/mail handled, everything left clean and secure. Dog walks (solo only) Lead policy: I use a secure harness/collar you provide and a fixed lead. No off-lead unless you’ve given written OK and the area is safe and enclosed. Our little Pomeranian loved Nathali. She was caring and attended to her every need. She can be a bit of a picky eater and she tried a variety of options. We received updates a couple of times a day so felt comfortable that she was happy and well looked after. If she isn’t already booked up we would love to have her back! Thank you.
Nathali treated both our dogs with great gentleness and care. She has an inherent understanding of dogs and was particularly sensitive to the needs of one of the dogs who was very nervous. She took time and energy in responding to their needs and sent us daily updates. All this contributed to the enjoyment of our holiday. She was also a considerate and careful house sitter, treating the property with respect and leaving it clean and tidy. We would highly recommend her.
