Compassionate Animal Lover
I have been an animal lover all my life. I currently have two dogs and a cat of my own (2 of which were found as strays). Maggie is 12 year old Shih Tzu that has traveled with me all over California and back home to Pennsylvania to Washington. She has recently become a special needs dog, that requires 2 meds twice a day. She is my baby girl! Tuolumne is a 7 year old cat that I found as a starving kitten outside of my work. I took him in and took care of him, and now he is family. Willie is a 6 year old chihuahua mixed with just about everything, that I found running down the street from my home in California. I took him in while I tried to locate an owner, but no owner was found and he's been with us ever since! Most recently is Mortie, a senior cat who I found outside my front door one morning. Again no owner, so he became the newest member of the pack! Sadly, Mortimer passed away due to a pre-existing condition earlier this year. He knew he was loved, and I did all that I could for him. His ashes sit in his favorite place, atop my fridge. I love all animals and am very active in causes that deal with animal welfare. I am very patient with animals and they almost always love me! I treat every animal I meet like it is my own family.

Nate took great care of my really difficult cat. I have had prior sitters tell me she gave them issues like hissing/growling or swatting if they got too close, but that didn’t happen with Nate. I noticed when I got back home she was a lot less anxious and aggressive than she usually is when I return and that is purely due to Nate’s excellent care.
Nate was wonderful. Great communicator, was very flexible with helping us with a short term need and took great care of our fur baby. We will absolutely ask for Nate to care for Mikey again.

Nate was great with our dog, Toby! He was really flexible with drop-off/pick up times and I could tell that Toby really likes him. Definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a pet sitter.
This is visit #3 and everything has been great as usual!
I just moved to the area and was in need of a dog sitter. I like to chose my dog in personal environments rather than boarding facilities due to him being very over protective and he is not a social butterfly. Meeting Nate was effortless and he was so calm with my dog. My dog loved his space within 1 minute of being there, rubbed himself on the couch and sniffed. Did not mind the other 2 pups just made me feel so much at ease leaving him with Nate. I appreciated the updates and him being so flexible. Nate will be my first choice for my dog cause he went above and be on to love on him. Thank you Nate!

Schedule
My schedule is very flexible. I work from home full time. I can usually accommodate most requests if not too far away. My dogs and cat go outside several times throughout the day.

If the dog is staying with me, I treat them as one of mine and Maggie and Willie always accept them as part of their pack! If checking in, I make sure to give lots of love...and treats!

I love to take dogs for walks northeast Tacoma and play fetch. I make sure to give animals lots of love so they feel comfortable when their people are away.
