Availability
I work mainly from home (averaging 4 days a week at home, Mon-Fri) while my partner works full time from home. As my work permits flexible working, I can fit pet care around this incorporating walks, feeding and playtime as required. I have no evening or weekend commitments, so am even more flexible at these times. I adhere to the pet's usual routine as much as possible, to avoid disruption and confusion, so first like to find out as much about the pet's usual habits and schedule as possible. I like to think I'm very fit, so can keep up with most exercise demands. However, my work schedule does mean that I might not be able to fulfil the needs of those needing high levels of interaction or exercise during the week (a few walks and some off lead play is fine). At weekends, I'm able to go for longer walks/play sessions. I'm also happy to be a jogging partner if that is something your dog enjoys!

Safety, trust & environment
I do have a garden for pee breaks and easy play, but this is supervised at all times (on lead unless the owner is comfortable and I'm satisfied with recall), as its not 100% secure. There are several nearby parks where I can take dogs for some free running (again, if owner and I are comfortable).

Information Natasha R. would like to know about your pet
As noted above, I do work from home and don't have a secure garden, so I am not the best match for high energy dogs (unless at weekends or public holidays). Due to having close neighbours, I cannot provide boarding for dogs which are likely to be continuously vocal, or that don't settle well at night.
A typical day
I'm happy to do dog walking whatever the weather, and there a number of walks and parks within walking distance of my home. I enjoy playtime with dog toys and am happy to continue with training any commands you might be working on.

Pet care experience
**New clients, before booking, please drop me a message with details and dates to check I'll be a good match for your pet. Thanks!** I was lucky enough to grow up with pets and have enjoyed being a pet foster, and am pleased to be able to help owners looking for care for their beloved companions. As a child, I grew up with cats and was responsible for looking after them while my parents were at work. Most recently, I have volunteered with the Pet Fostering Society Scotland to allow temporary placement of pets in my home, usually ranging from 1-2 weeks, up to several months. To date this has only been for dogs, and has given me experience of a range of characteristics - including reactive dogs and those who needed frequent vet trips or administration of medicines. In many cases, this has been where the pet is not used to being away from their owner for a prolonged period of time, but they have always felt quickly at home within a few days of my care. I also help with family and friends' pets, including both pet sitting and boarding at my home. This has extended to indoor, pedigree cats.
Reviews

Natasha was brilliant and Izzy had a great day with her. She was well looked after and I received updates during her stay. It was all very easy and I'd definitely book with Natasha again. Thank you!

Thank you, Natasha, for looking after Rizzo so well. She had a great day and was very tired when she got home! I hope you are available to look after her again!

Natasha took care of Bayley with very little notice. She did a great job sending updates and caring for our little creature! We couldn't be happier!

Natasha looked after our Schnauzer, Ralph, while we were away for the day. Natasha updated me to let me know that Ralph had settled in well shortly after we left him. Ralph seemed to enjoy his day and came home happy. I would definitely recommend Natasha if you’re looking for a dog sitter!
