Natalya so sweet, was accommodating, definitely use again to walk Evie.

Natalya took care of our cat while we were away for a long weekend. From my first interaction with Natalya, she was warm, responsive and responsible. Every interaction thereafter confirmed these impressions. Our cat took to her immediately when she first came in for an introduction - not something he does easily with most people (usually just hides). While we were away, Natalya sent photos and updates during her drop in visits. She definitely put our mind at ease that our cat was in good hands and being taken care of. I highly recommend Natalya and would not hesitate to use her services again.

Natalya was so great when watching my pets! We left our precious golden retriever and ragdoll cat with her. Especially after my cat had previously ran away, I was very anxious leaving him (or my dog) with anyone. She made me feel super comfortable - she sent photos often, gave updates, and took such good care of them so that I could relax. When my dog got an irritation on his skin, she took care of him to help him heal nicely. When he ran out of the food we brought, she fed him her own food. My pets came back happy, and my cat actually missed a friend a that he made while in her care :) THANK YOU, Natalya!

Natalya was a dream come true. She was very understanding and patience with Riley and her quirks, and Riley enjoyed her stay there. I got regular updates and pictures and was very comfortable with the whole process. I will definitely be booking with Natalya again!
