Natalia looked after our two Shih Tzus for three weeks. One is quite timid, but she quickly built trust and made her feel safe and happy. Both pups enjoyed their time playing and relaxing with her. We received daily video updates, which kept us connected and reassured. Her care was truly attentive and thoughtful.
