Dogs have always been a big part of my life. I grew up with a dog and have loved them ever since, so welcoming our own puppy, Jaffa, into our family in November 2022 was a very special moment for us. Jaffa is a friendly and playful Cocker Spaniel who loves meeting new dogs and making new friends. We completed puppy training with him, and I have also taken online courses about puppy training and positive reinforcement, which helped us build a strong bond and teach him new skills and tricks. I believe every dog has their own personality, and taking the time to understand them is the key to building trust. I naturally enjoy connecting with dogs and making them feel comfortable, safe, and loved. My partner and I are able to dedicate plenty of time to pet care, with flexible schedules that allow us to give dogs the attention they deserve. We also have a secure garden where dogs can enjoy some outdoor time, play, and relax. Living in New Malden gives us access to lovely walking areas, and we enjoy providing dogs with a caring, comfortable, and home-like experience while they are staying with us.

Nataliia looked after our dog Mungo for a week and he had a great time. We had daily updates of various walks and playtimes along with her dog Jaffa. It seems he fell in love with a squeaky toy but fortunately didn’t bring it home! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Nataliia and her partner Will.

Great day care, dog had so much fun
Floquinho stayed for the first time with Nataliia and it was amazing! Nataliia sent me pictures and videos during the day; took him to Wimbledon common for a fun day in the wild and on the second day they went to his favorite park! Floquinho got along really well with Nataliia’s dog! I would recommend her to everyone who’s looking for someone who loves dogs and is always updating you on the fun times they are having! Floquinho will definitely be staying more times with them!
Nataliia and her partner were fantastic with our two golden retrievers. They were very communicative and shared many updates, including photos and videos, throughout the stay. Their dog Jaffa was super sweet and seems like our dogs had a blast with him too. Would not hesitate to recommend :) thanks!
Nataliia has been amazing. She was kind and engaging with our Toffee whilst we were on holiday. She always arrived in a timely manner and arranged in advance her availability to suit. She is totally flexible too. Love working with her and will do so again without question. Lovely lovely woman.

Schedule
Looking after dogs is already part of our everyday life, so welcoming another furry friend into our home feels completely natural. We plan our daily routine around making sure dogs are happy, comfortable, and have everything they need. We enjoy spending time outdoors, keeping dogs mentally stimulated with play and enrichment activities, and making sure they have plenty of opportunities to relax as well. We always adapt to each dog's individual routine, whether they prefer an active day full of adventures or a quieter, more relaxed pace. Our aim is to provide a home away from home environment where every dog feels safe, loved, and part of the family.

We live in house with garden and can provide crate if needed. Also we are living 2 minutes away from green and plenty of parks around. And favourite place to walk is Wimbledon common, also 10 min drive from us. Our dog Jaffa is super friendly and always will keep your dog entertained.

A typical day
A typical day with us is full of love, play, and plenty of outdoor adventures! We enjoy long walks in the beautiful parks and green spaces around New Malden, giving every dog the exercise and stimulation they need. At home, your dog will receive lots of cuddles, attention, and care, just like one of our own. We completed puppy training classes with our own dog, so we're happy to reinforce basic commands and continue any training you're already working on. We believe consistency and positive reinforcement help dogs feel confident and happy. Whether your furry friend loves exploring outdoors, playing games, or simply relaxing on the sofa after a walk, we'll make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved throughout their stay. We genuinely love dogs and can't wait to welcome new four-legged friends into our home!
