I’ve been surrounded by animals for as long as I can remember! Growing up, our home always seemed like a mini farm—we had dogs, cats, guinea pigs, fish, and rabbits. I’ve had dogs in my life since I was about three years old and have always loved caring for and spending time with animals. My background in environmental science and conservation has also given me extensive experience working responsibly around animals and spending time outdoors. I’m patient, attentive, dependable, and love getting to know each pet’s unique personality and routine. Whether your pup needs an energetic walk, a potty break, playtime, or simply some company while you’re away, I’ll treat them like my own and make sure they feel safe, happy, and loved!

Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. Having grown up around many different kinds of animals, I understand that every pet has their own personality, routine, and needs. I carefully follow each owner’s instructions and take time to make sure pets feel comfortable and secure. During walks, I stay attentive to my surroundings and keep pets safely leashed. In your home, I treat your space with respect and care. I’ll also send regular updates and photos so you can relax knowing your pet is safe, happy, and well cared for while you’re away.

There will be absolutely NO shyness in myself and my wife giving a most positive thumbs up for Natalie Watts. We first became acquainted with Natalie during her college years at Maryville College in Tennessee. She did a fantastic student internship at our organic farm and during that process and since has become the granddaughter we don’t have. She has stayed with us on multiple occasions since and has always been most trustworthy,hardworking and reliable. In fact, my wife and I recently returned from a two plus week holiday during which time she house set for us. We have 5 cats at our home and the farm, and we entrusted her to take care off them. Honestly, she did such a fantastic job that neither of us was sure they might not prefer to go home with her I instead of staying here with us. Natalie is a unbiased individual! She is of strong Christian faith with caring values that can not be overstated. Wife, Phyllis, and I wholeheartedly support her in this opportunity with Rover! Schedule
My schedule is currently flexible, which allows me to provide consistent and attentive care throughout the week. I’m especially available for daytime dog walks and drop-in visits and love having an excuse to get outside and spend time with animals! I’m also available for occasional overnight stays when my schedule allows. I’m happy to work with each pet’s individual routine and will communicate clearly with owners to make sure their pets receive the care they need.

- The more I know about your pet ahead of time, the better I can make their care comfortable, safe, and enjoyable! I’d love to know their normal routine, feeding and bathroom schedule, personality, favorite activities, and anything that makes them nervous or excited. Please also let me know about any medications, allergies, special needs, leash behaviors, or other important instructions. Every pet is different, and I’m happy to follow their routine as closely as possible!
