I make sure each pet’s physical needs are promptly taken care of — food, water, bathroom breaks, walks if needed. I assess the pet’s energy level and preferences for attention. I share undivided attention with pets if they desire. I am careful to ensure safety in the space, with an eye out for potential choking hazards or doors/gates to keep shut.
