I began working with animals at a young age, volunteering at local shelters such as the Truckee Humane Society and caring for dogs in the Tahoe community. Over the years, this has grown into a genuine passion for providing thoughtful, attentive, and reliable care for pets of all kinds. I prioritize quality time, enrichment, and exercise tailored to each dog’s individual needs whether that’s a structured walk, outdoor adventure, or simply calm, consistent companionship. I am especially mindful of maintaining routines, reinforcing good behavior, and ensuring your pet feels safe and comfortable while you’re away. I also provide regular photo updates so you can feel connected and confident knowing your pet is in good hands. Safety, trust & environment
Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I live on a large property that provides plenty of space for movement and exploration in a calm, natural setting. For safety, I always use a leash during walks and outdoor time until a strong relationship and reliable recall are established—or always, if that is your preference. I’m attentive to each dog’s temperament, boundaries, and energy level, and I strive to create a secure, low-stress environment where they feel confident and cared for. Clear communication with owners is important to me, and I follow all instructions closely to ensure continuity of care.

Natalie was amazing! So glad to have found her. It’s always nerve wracking leaving an old fussy dog with someone new, but Hailey had a great stay and loved all the attention! Would use Natalie again in a second! She was super flexible when our flight home was delayed, sooo grateful!
Natalie was simply a wonderful match for our little Abby! She showed love and compassion to our dog from the moment they met. Photos were sent periodically through the day and we are very happy to have found Natalie and will most definitely use her again! Thank you so much Natalie!
Natalie was great with Lex. We found her last minute and she was very flexible. We got regular picture updates from his hikes everyday. We cannot wait to come back to Lake Tahoe and we are lucky to have found a great sitter for Lex.

Schedule
My schedule is consistent and well-structured, which allows me to provide reliable and attentive care. I’m intentional about the number of pets I take on so that each dog receives plenty of one-on-one time, exercise, and engagement. I’m available for morning, midday, and evening care, and I do my best to accommodate specific routines or requests whenever possible. Whether your dog thrives on activity or prefers a slower pace, I tailor my schedule to meet their needs and keep things as consistent as possible.
