Natalie is my dream pet sitter. I had a good feeling after our initial visit that she’d give my kitty attention and care beyond just feeding her and providing other basic services (I.e., cleaning the litter box) while I was away. Since it was a longer trip, it was importantbto me that it would be someone who really cared and someone trustworthy as I’ve had some not so great experiences with pet sitters. Natalie exceeded my hopes— she was absolutely wonderful, sending me daily updates, asking questions about concerns (my kitty had some eye ‘buggers’ that developed, she was reliable and consistent and this helped my cat trust her. When I came back, I came home to the kitchen counter that had been tidied up and the bathroom hand towel carefully folded — little touches that mean so much. Thank you for everything Natalie, for going above and beyond, and for allowing me to relax while I was away, knowing my cat was in good hands! 😻

I have used Rover for sitting my 2 cats a handful of times with different sitters, and Natalie was the best by far. She was kind and enthusiastic- you could tell she loved and cared for animals. She had zero issues with twice daily medication administration for my cat Toby, was very timely and consistent in her visits, and always sent a few photos which brought a lot of peace of mind while I was across the country. I’m pretty sure my cats miss her! She left the place at least as tidy as she found it, went the extra mile to let my cats get some supervised outside time on my balcony, and my cats were noticeably less stressed than I normally would expect after I return home from a long trip. If they could talk I’m pretty sure they would say “oh, it’s just mom. Now where is that Natalie person?” Ha. Thank you Natalie!

Natalie was the most amazing sitter! Do not even second guess hiring her. We have a relatively tough dog to walk (he is strong and pull-y) and she handled him so perfectly! We were so grateful to have her care for our baby. We will absolutely be hiring her again in the future! Natalie, thank you so so much!
