Natalie was absolutely fantastic taking care of my dog! She provided timely updates, and precisiy followed instructions. My dog absolutely loved Natalie and looked forward to their walks and staycation times together. Natalie is such a loving and attentive pet care provider!

I cannot recommend Natalie highly enough. As a former full-time pet sitter myself, I am extremely particular about who I trust with my velcro-kitty, Penelope. Penelope is incredibly social, affectionate, mischievous, and attached to people, so I become very anxious leaving her at home when I travel. There have been multiple occasions where another sitter unexpectedly canceled, including before an important life event that I truly could not miss. Natalie immediately stepped in without hesitation, and because of her, I was able to leave knowing Penelope was not only safe, but genuinely cared for and loved. What sets Natalie apart is that she does not treat animal care like a checklist. She plays with Penelope, keeps her company, pays attention to her strange little goblin tendencies, and makes her feel comfortable and secure. Natalie even followed my ridiculous “cat TV” instructions and then spent extra time making sure the setup was secure because she knew Penelope would inevitably try to launch herself at the birds on the screen. Penelope absolutely adores her, which says everything. Natalie has an incredible work ethic, excellent judgment, and a completely genuine love of animals. I trust her wholeheartedly, which is not something I say lightly as both a former pet sitter and a nervous cat owner.
