Please let me know of any special needs that your dog may need attention to. Do they have allergies to food etc... I'd like to know what their temperament is like. Are they friendly around other dogs, people, kids? Do they have separation anxiety? Potty trained?

Your dog will be plenty busy exploring our neighborhood or local parks (if you are comfortable with that). We will play games and keep them stimulated so that they get all their energy out.

It is important to me (to our family) to give you the peace of mind you need while leaving your dog with us. I would treat them the way I'd want someone to treat my own dog. We live at the end of a cul-de-sac away from busy streets and have a large fenced-in backyard with a pool off to the side which is gated. We are a very active family and would love the opportunity to treat your dog as though he/she was a member of our family. We have two kids (9 year old son and a 7 year old daughter). We would love to be your sitter so you can rest assured your loved one is in good hands and having fun while you are away. I am a stay-at-home mom and my husband works from home. Your dog would always be with someone. Walking around our neighborhood is nice because it is quiet. Our yard is big so your dog would have plenty of space to run around-my kids would enjoy running around with them too! Pets in our home would be no different than if they were our own. I don't mind bathing them if that is needed or wanted. Taking lots of walks and getting plenty of exercise, is important to us, making sure they have enough water and food, etc... We are very flexible, whatever you need we would be happy to help.

Natalie and Rubén and their family were absolutely amazing! This was my first time boarding my dog, and they welcomed my dog on such short notice. Throughout the stay, they were great with communication and would send regular updates and photos that really put my mind at ease. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this amazing family who cared for my puppy this past weekend. From the moment I dropped him off, I could tell he was in the best hands. Typically, my dog is very shy and slow to warm up to new people, but it was clear he felt right at home here. He not only warmed up quickly but even snuggled with their children, which is something he rarely does! Throughout the weekend, they sent me regular updates with pictures and videos showing how happy and relaxed he was — it gave me such peace of mind. I could see the genuine love and attention they gave him, treating him like one of their own. I am so grateful to have found such a caring and trustworthy family, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a loving environment for their pet. Thank you again for taking such incredible care of my pup!
