As Natalie is new to using this app, but certainly not new to the world of caring for our fluffy four-legged friends, I thought I’d take the opportunity to leave a review. I’ve been breeding Golden Retrievers for the past five years, and starting this venture while also changing jobs and relocating to a new city proved challenging. As a result, using dog sitters became a necessity on many occasions. Fortunately, I found Natalie relatively early on, after having a couple of less-than-exemplary experiences with others in the trade. That was around four years ago, and I genuinely haven’t looked back since. I currently have five Golden Retrievers, having recently welcomed a sixth into the family, and I can say without a shadow of a doubt that I wouldn’t consider using anyone else. I know that whenever my girls are with Natalie, they receive exactly what they need: plenty of adventure, lots of love, and, most importantly, the attentive and proper care they deserve. Natalie has become someone I trust completely with my dogs, and that peace of mind is invaluable when leaving them in someone else’s care. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough.
Natalie looked after our little man, our Golden Retriever, whilst we attended a wedding. If you want top quality care, incredible enthusiasm and a genuine love for your canine companion, then look no further! Natalie took all our points and questions into consideration and made us feel very reassured about her looking after our pup. We had a video call prior to his stay to give an outline of his needs and points to consider, which was greatly appreciated. Whilst we were away, Natalie provided us with regular updates, which included pictures and videos. Cannot fault the quality of care provided and if we are in the area again and require some dog care, we will absolutely be booking Natalie!
Natalie was recommended to me a few years ago, and she’s been looking after my dog Oscar ever since. She is truly exceptional. Oscar absolutely adores her and is always excited to see her. Natalie is incredibly attentive, communicates clearly, and takes him on beautiful walks. She sends regular photo updates, which always reassure me that he’s happy, relaxed, and having a great time. I trust her completely with Oscar, and I couldn’t ask for a better carer. She’s reliable, kind, and genuinely loves what she does - and it shows.

My schedule is highly flexible during the week, which is exactly when many pet owners are busy or at work. I can easily accommodate late-day pet transport, emergency vet runs, grooming drop-offs, or evening home visits. Because my routine is consistent, you can rely on me for punctual, dependable care when you need it most.

When using my pet taxi service, your animal will be securely fastened using specialised pet seatbelts, harnesses, or secure travel crates to ensure a smooth and safe journey. If I am visiting your home, I strictly follow your specific routines, double-check that all gates and doors are locked, and maintain a calm, stress-free environment. I will also send you quick text and photo updates after every trip or visit so you always have total peace of mind.
