LOCATION: We are right near all the major venues. We live 4 blocks from the Munising cruise boat dock…1 min drive from Paddling MI, Northern Waters, Pictured Rocks Kayaking, Rip Tide Ride, and Glass Bottom Boat…and 5 min from the National Park!

ABOUT US: I was born and raised in Munising. We are athletic and major animal lovers! We have owned dogs, cats, chickens, horses, and reptiles over the course of our life! Most notably Mark and I spent over 6 years volunteering as evening animal caregivers & dog walkers with Alger County Animal Shelter where we gained a lot of experience with caring for dogs. Currently we have two rough collies and a cat. We have a lovely, historical house we have been renovating, with a small fenced in dog play area off the back deck. Our house and yard is clean, and we don’t smoke. We also have urban hens that stay in their outdoor pen at all times.

-Is your dog friendly with other dogs/kids/cats? -Potty trained/good house manners? -Is your dog up to date on vaccines? Flea Meds? -Good on a leash/no collar slipping/trying to jump or dig under fences etc? -Food allergies or separation anxiety I need to be prepared for?
A typical day
The dogs will have access to a fenced in area off the back deck to play with rope tugs/tennis balls/and run with Nova and Neptune.

****Had a BABY in November 2024, I’m now only taking 1 daycare dog a weekend when my husband can help, and I’m being very selective about who I take as any Rover dogs need to be toddler friendly***

Natalie was extremely accommodating and handled our high energy Australian Cattle dog with so much care and professionalism. She made it possible for us to hike Pictured Rocks with complete peace of mind that our doggo was in good hands by staying in contact and sending photos. I would 100% recommend this Rover sitter for anyone visiting Munising.
I can’t say enough to thank Natalie for sitting my dog for a day so I could hike the Chapel Basin Loop trail. She took really good care of my dog and kept me updated how she was doing with her two very friendly family dogs. Thank you Natalie.

Natalie was wonderful to work with. She communicated promptly and took a last minute booking for me. Her yard is perfect for dogs to play in, her collies played well with my dog, and she even gave us some great recommendations for things to do in the area. Would happily rebook if ever back.
