My work is primarily remote, with occasional short days in the office. My schedule varies week to week, but is very flexible and can be accommodated to meet the needs of your pet if booked in advance. Daily routine will include walks on the hiking trail immediately outside my back door and visits to our neighborhood lake for a swim! Happy to provide any training and daily routines to keep your dog happy, safe and comfortable.

I live amongst miles and miles of hiking trails. Happy to adventure with your pups on or off leash. We also love to go for a swim on hot days! Dogs have freedom to roam the house and sit on the furniture, yet multiple dog beds are available for their comfort. Toys are always available but can be put away if there are any issues with resource guarding. Dogs will have access to a dog door that leads to an outdoor fenced yard when not out adventuring. I limit the number of dog visitors to two at a time, in addition to my own three playful pups.

Please let me know if your dog is friendly with other animals or has a high prey drive and tendency to run off. Happy to keep them on a leash until we form a trusting relationship.
A typical day
Each day begins with a 1-2 mile walk on the trails outside my back door, followed by breakfast and any other needs to meet your dog's usual routine. Since I work remotely, they will have a good balance of rest and regular walks for play time and enrichment through out the day. One the work day is complete, we tend to go on a longer adventure or field trip to play fetch or explore nearby trails. My goal is to make your dog's stay feel nothing like a kennel, but home away from home so I'm always happy to adjust our routine to meet the needs and preference of your dog.

Pet care experience
As a lifelong animal lover and avid hiker, I’d love to spend time with your pups! Studying animal behavior in college, I later went on to work in a professional dog kennel and am now looking for opportunities to utilize this experience in my community. I recently moved onto 1-acre in Heber City. I’m looking forward to meeting the community and helping my neighbors with pet care while they work or travel. I never have more than 1-2 guest dogs in my home to ensure they get the attention and "home away from home" experience they deserve! Willing to provide pick up and drop services in Park City and surrounding areas. Looking forward to hearing from you!
