Natalie is a great host for our cats, they really feel at home with her away from home!

I would not recommend Natalie for in-home house sitting based on our experience. For us, the purpose of booking in-home house sitting is to allow our dogs to remain comfortable in their own home while maintaining as much of their normal daily routine as possible. We specifically chose and paid for house sitting rather than drop-in visits for that reason. Two days before our booking began, Natalie informed me that she could no longer stay overnight. With so little notice, I was unable to find another sitter. I agreed to proceed only after we discussed an alternative arrangement and she assured me that she would provide evening care and return by approximately 7:30 a.m. each morning. Unfortunately, what followed felt much more like intermittent drop-in visits than in-home house sitting. Our Ring camera showed that she spent only a couple of hours at our home the first evening before leaving. The following day, she came and went, leaving our dogs crated for hours at a time on multiple occasions. While our dogs can safely be crated for up to four hours when necessary, that was never intended to mean repeatedly crating them for extended periods throughout the day while they were supposed to be receiving in-home care. The final concern was Saturday morning. At 9:46 a.m., more than two hours after the agreed return time, she still had not arrived. When I contacted her, she confirmed that she had not been back since taking the dogs out at approximately 1:00 a.m. I asked her to go immediately, and our Ring camera showed her arriving at approximately 10:12 a.m. At that point, I ended the booking early and had my mother travel from Chicago to pick up our dogs and care for them for the remainder of our trip. When she collected them, their eyes were also visibly dirty despite daily eye cleaning being one of the care instructions I had provided. I understand that circumstances can change, which is why I was willing to accommodate the last-minute change to the overnight arrangement. My concern is that even the modified care plan we explicitly agreed upon was not followed, and our dogs did not receive the continuity of care and routine that we booked in-home house sitting to provide. Based on this experience, I would not entrust my dogs to Natalie again for house sitting.

Natalie is excellent. Incredibly responsive and wonderful with our four month puppy who is full of energy.

Natalie has watched my pets multiple times and I will continue to use her services. She always goes above and beyond by letting me visit the home ahead of time and she answered all my questions I had. She always sends me updates to let me know how my dog and cat were doing. My pets are very scared of most people, but took really easily to Natalie and her techniques to help combat their anxiety. I had to stay later for work and she was more than happy to help me out in a pinch. My pets are always so happy to go over to Natalies house now and will continue to bring them back! Her house was also very clean and she had things like a litter box, automatic feeders to help make the process easier for me. The house also has a great sized yard for dogs and is kept clean! Highly highly reommend Natalie! Ive offered her services to many of my friends and family beause that is how much I have been happy with her services. Thanks again!

Natalie took great care of our dog Coco. She gave me updates on how he was doing throughout his stay. She responded very quickly to all of my messages and questions. I will definitely utilize Natalie’s services in the future and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to others!
