Natalie was great in June. We made no hesitation to rebook her again in August. Natalie went over and above expectations with Karma and Shadow. Her voice and interactions with the cats was fantastic. Natalie asked before we left if we wanted her to scoop the litter. My wife left that to her as the litter was fresh and weekly changing is what they are used to. She scooped several days. When our travel plans require cat visits, Natalie will be our first call again. (The interaction described above was from our security system.)

Totally professional, friendly and capable. Took care of Oscar while we were on vacation. After the meet and greet we felt 100% comfortable that our pet was in good hands. Would highly recommend and would book her again

During Natalie’s introduction visit, she sat down on the floor and both of our cats warmed up to her immediately. Even our very shy cat. Natalie followed the few instructions we left for her. We have a quick look at the the security camera videos (which were discussed during the introduction visit), and found the visits to be very interactive. We received a picture and report card daily. Natalie was an excellent sitter and we will not hesitate to use her again.

Another great experience with Natalie! Our cats love her. Will definitely book her in the future!

Originally, we had booked Natalie for the Christmas weekend but had to cancel because of the weather. She was very understanding. Fast forward to last Thursday night, where I had completely forgotten that we were going to be out of town for the weekend, but thankfully she was available to come feed our 2 cats. She sent pictures with each visit, and they seemed to love playing with her, even our shy kitty! We will definitely book her again!

Natalie continues to take care of our cats while we enjoy our vacation, we were worried to travel and leave the cats for extended period of time, but Natalie made it all easy and stress free!! Very professional and highly recommended.
