Availability

Pet care fits naturally into our routine, especially when we already have a dog of our own. Natalie is PhD student at UNB with a flexible schedule and regular work‑from‑home days, which means she is available for walks, drop‑ins, and boarding throughout the week. Ethan works a Monday–Friday schedule on base and is home for lunch and early afternoons, so your pet gets reliable mid‑day attention. With both of us around, your pet receives consistent care and interaction.

Inside, pets are welcome on the couches. Our dog, Foog, is a very friendly, tolerant, and playful Bernese‑Golden mix who loves making new friends and has happily hosted many visiting dogs. She is gentle and a great companion.

A typical day

A typical day with us is relaxed with a few outdoor sessions and tailored to your pet’s personality. Indoors, we keep things calm and enjoy some enrichment games. We also love getting outside for walks and to the back field with plenty of sniff breaks. For cats, they set the tone; we are happy to match their pace, whether they’re playful social butterflies or quiet companions.

Pet care experience

We are a caring, reliable team who treats every fur‑baby like our own. We are committed to making your pet feel secure, loved, and understood while you are away. As a couple, you get double the attentiveness: two sets of eyes on safety and comfort, and two sets of hands for pets and play. We pay close attention to outdoor safety, walk awareness, feeding routines, and keeping treats single-ingredient for our own pet, and that will extend to yours. Animals have always been a central part of our lives and hearts. We both grew up surrounded by dogs, cats, bunnies, chickens, hamsters, and fish. We have supported pets through every life stage; from energetic puppies to seniors. We are comfortable administering medications when needed (experience in daily oral meds, topical applications, and diabetes injections).

Would definitly recommend hiring Natalie to care for your animals. She was quick to respond and took excellent care of my cat. She took pictures and gave updates so you knew that all was taken care of while you were away. Will hire her again.
