Natalie always takes such excellent care of Lulu. I was away for over 10 days, and I could relax knowing Lulu would be taken care of and loved. Natalie provided multiple pictures and updates each day, and I received a comprehensive, handwritten log of Lulu’s daily activities during her stay. Natalie truly goes above and beyond.

Natalie is an amazing caregiver who is well experienced, loving, and diligent in caring for my pet, Haru! She understood Haru's needs and provided him with special and customized care. I needed to find a caregiver for my pet Haru when my family planned to take a trip abroad for a summer vacation. It was my first time leaving him with someone I didn't know and also for a long term (a week), so I was nervous about the process of finding someone I could trust and who would be a good fit for Haru.
