I have a lifetime of experience caring for pets, having grown up with cats and dogs and always having animals as part of my family. I currently have two dogs with very different personalities, which has given me experience handling a range of behaviours and needs. My playful, excitable Rottweiler is full of energy, loves socialising and enjoys being active. She has been trained from a young age, including socialisation, managing reactivity and off-lead training. I also have a placid Shar Pei who can be reactive around other dogs, so I understand the importance of patience, awareness and adapting walks to suit each individual dog. I’m confident and comfortable managing dogs and cats with different temperaments, energy levels and behaviours, and I always prioritise their safety, happiness and wellbeing.

Safety, trust & environment
I always aim to make pets feel safe, comfortable and cared for, whether they are in my home or visiting their owner’s home. I take the time to understand each pet’s individual routine, personality and needs, and follow their usual feeding, walking and care arrangements as closely as possible. For dog walks, I provide plenty of exercise, attention and enrichment while prioritising safety and good behaviour. For home visits, I’m happy to provide feeding, fresh water, playtime, cuddles and company, as well as cleaning litter trays or any other usual pet-care tasks. I understand that every pet is different, so I’m patient and flexible, giving them the space they need while making sure they receive plenty of love and attention.

Schedule
Working from home Monday to Friday means I have plenty of flexibility to fit pet care around my daily routine. I’m available to care for your furry friends before 9am and after 5pm on weekdays, with full flexibility throughout the weekends. 🐾 I understand that every pet has their own routine and needs, so I’m happy to work around their usual feeding, walking and visiting times wherever possible. My goal is to make things as easy and stress-free as possible for both you and your pet, while giving them plenty of love, attention and care while you’re away.
