Loving Care & Remote-Work Sitter
Pets have been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up with family dogs, and loved my own dogs and cats as a pet parent, so I’m very comfortable caring for both. I am also a volunteer at the Humane Society London & Middlesex. I understand that every pet has their own personality, routine and little quirks. I’m happy to follow their usual schedule for meals, walks, playtime, litter care and, of course, plenty of attention and affection. I am also comfortable and experienced with administering basic medications if necessary. I work from home, which gives me the flexibility to spend time with pets while house sitting, providing regular outdoor breaks, companionship and supervision throughout the day. My laptop is pretty easy to carry anywhere! Most importantly, I know how much trust is involved in leaving both your pet and your home in someone else’s care. I’ll treat them with the same care and respect I’d want for my own — and I’m always happy to send plenty of photos and updates while you’re away. 🐾

Pets in my care are treated like family. I know how important routines, comfort and consistency are, so I’ll always follow your instructions closely and make sure your pet feels safe, relaxed and loved while you’re away. In your home, I’m respectful of your space and mindful of things like secure doors and gates, feeding schedules, medications, walks and any special routines your pet may have. I’ll also keep you updated with photos and messages so you can feel confident knowing they’re in good hands.

Natalie is the perfect candidate to care for people and animals alike. Loving them is an understatement. She has had 3 pets in the 15 years I’ve known her and they all lived to a healthy old age because of her care, compassion and willingness to put them first always. She adores just sitting in their presence and letting them get comfortable with her. Pet hair, drool, loud barking- none of it matters to Natalie. She would love to just be in company and energy of an animal. She treats my pets like her own and greets them on the floor as soon as she comes to visit. She would be such an asset to Rover and any animal in her path is the luckiest animal in the world! A story comes to mind- when she visited Turkey a couple years ago- I didn’t get photos of the scenery or the food or the people- it was animal photos. Cats and dogs that visited them in the streets and the cafes. That was one of her favourite parts of a grande trip like that. That’s who she is. The most love to give.
Natalie has either owned or been around household pets for nearly her entire life. There is not a more passionate animal advocate and protector than she. Given that Natalie is temporarily without a pet of her own at home, she would lavish that same love and protection on whatever pet is in her care.
This woman has an absolute heart of gold!! Natalie took care of 3 separate animals her cat Marlene, and two dogs Roxas, & Dug. All lived long lives well into their teen years (human years lol). She was compassionate and caring with senior animals like I never encountered before. There is a piece of her missing after losing all 3 of those family members. Natalie’s care and devotion to the love of all sorts of pets will make her an excellent choice to take care of your fur babies!!

Schedule
I work remotely from home, which gives me a lot of flexibility in my day. I can easily bring my laptop with me while house sitting, so I’m able to spend plenty of time with your pet throughout the day rather than being away for long stretches. As long as I have Wi-Fi and a place to plug in, I’m all set! This makes it easy for me to provide regular potty breaks, walks, meals, playtime and lots of companionship.
