Natalie is an outstanding and dog walker and sitter — I couldn't recommend her more. From the start, almost 3 years ago, her communication was so professional, clear, timely, and warm: she checked in before our first meet-up, confirmed details the day of, and sent photos and updates after every walk. Her messages put us at ease and made it obvious our pup was in great hands. Natalie has stayed in our home when we have had to travel without our Poe (Golden/ Aussie), and happily cared for our two cats during that time. She literally left our home in better condition than we left it in! The ideal house guest! Her accommodating personality truly stands out. She was flexible with scheduling when our plans changed, happily followed our care notes, and even went the extra mile to freshen water bowls and tidy up after playtime. She read our dog’s cues expertly and adapted walks and play to match his energy and comfort level. Our dog loves her — he brightens up whenever she arrives — and we trust her completely.
