I have been taking care of animals since I was a kid. Whether that was our family pets, random stray cats, family/friend’s/neighbor’s cats & dogs, or lost or dumped pets, I was always the one to help. I have taken care of dogs ranging from Schnauzers, Beagles, Australian Shepards, to King German Shepards, including senior dogs as well. Two years ago I also adopted my dog, Eugene, who is a mix of Australian Shepard, Cattle Dog, Border Collie, & Collie. Being those breeds he is a very high energy guy so I am constantly taking him on walks, hikes, swims, and working on training him on the agility course. Adopting him has given me a lot more insight on the different ways dogs express themselves and how to work with them based on their own personalities and triggers. Not only have I taken care of various dogs and cats, I have also cared for fish, crabs, geckos, a ferret, hamsters, and even sea turtles!
