Hi, I’m Natalie! I’m the owner of Flancy Pets, a well established and highly recommended local pet care business in Chelmsford, licensed by Chelmsford City Council. (google me!) I’ve been caring for dogs professionally and have lots of hands on experience with dogs of different breeds, ages, personalities and needs. I’m fully insured, pet first-aid trained and council licensed for home boarding and doggy daycare (26/01051) I absolutely love what I do and pride myself on providing a safe, relaxed and home-from-home environment where dogs are treated as part of the family. I live in a spacious, secure home with a large fully fenced garden, along with my friendly little Labrador, Hattie. I keep numbers small so every dog gets plenty of individual attention, enrichment, cuddles and lovely walks tailored to them. Whether your dog loves an adventure, a good sniffy walk or is happiest snoozing on the sofa, I want them to feel completely at home while you’re away. 🧡

When we go out of town, we never have to worry about our pets when Natalie is watching them. She takes the time to get to know each pet individually and learn about their unique needs and personalities. Would highly recommend Natalie - it’s evident how much she adores animals. Each walk I get pictures and she is always happy to chat about how my dogs got on. Her professionalism, communication and care is outstanding and spot on everytime. We have had plenty of breeds from big to small over the years, and Natalie has always felt comfortable with them all. Our pack has sadly diminished in size over the last few years however Natalie always gave each of them the time and attention they deserved. I genuinely could not recommend Natalie and her services enough and I’m so happy she is tuning into her passion - A natural!

Safety, trust & environment
We have a large (25x15m) fenced garden, as well as an open plan living area. At the end of our road there is also a huge playing field/ park. There are plenty of nature walks around too.

A typical day
your pets favourite things of course! Whether this be a wild walk, a long run, a good old sniff and some tricks. As I get to know your pet, I’ll get an idea of what they like and I can tailor this to their needs.

- Be sure to let me know if your dog has any special needs I can accommodate for - I naturally watch out for flat faced/elderly breeds especially in the warmer weather. If your dog may have any triggers when out walking, for example bicycles may spook them, or other larger dogs. I can then be sure to be mindful of this during their time with me.
