Natalie was absolutely fantastic! She sent regular updates on how our cat Cassiopeia was doing (including pictures) and you could see how comfortable she felt around Natalie albeit being a very anxious cat. It gave us such a peace of mind knowing she's in save hands while we were on holiday. Would definitely book Natalie any time again!

Natalie was fantastic! She came over before I went away to meet Rosie, and she provided the most amazing care for Rosie while I was away. She provided detailed daily updates, including loads of photos. I felt very comfortable leaving an elderly cat with Natalie. I would definitely book Natalie again, and strongly recommend her.

Schedule
I work a hybrid job, which gives me flexibility with dates and times. I typically visit during set AM or PM windows. 6am–10am or 4pm–8pm. Whilst I do have some in office days. If your cat needs medicine at a specific time, I’ll always prioritise that and work around it. I’m also often available for last-minute bookings in the Hither Green area.
- CatsNatalie can host up to 3 drop-ins per day
- I visit during AM or PM time windows, so I can’t always promise an exact arrival time. If your cat has specific medicine needs, please let me know in advance so this can be factored into the schedule. To make sure your cat gets the best care, it would help to know: • Type of food your cat eats (wet, dry, or both) • Portion size and how much food to give per meal • How many times a day your cat needs feeding • Preferred feeding schedule or specific meal times • Whether the litter box needs a full clean or just scooping at each visit • Any medical needs, allergies, or behavioural issues I should be aware of • Favourite toys, routines, or anything that helps your cat feel comfortable
