This was my second time booking with Natalie for my two cats while I was out of town and I had another overall great experience! The cats were well cared for and my home was the same as when I had left. Would definitely book with her again :)
Natalie went above and beyond caring for my cat during a very stressful situation. While I was out of town, my apartment unit unexpectedly underwent several days of maintenance/demolition work, and Natalie kept me updated the entire time. She did everything she could to make sure Maizie stayed comfortable and calm - even offering to take her to stay at her own house if needed. She also moved furniture to create a safer, more comfortable space and cleaned/vacuumed after the workers left. I’m incredibly grateful for how thoughtfully she handled such an unexpected situation for both me and Maizie, and I would absolutely book with Natalie again.
This was the first time that Natalie took care of my two cats and she was wonderful! She asked thoughtful follow up questions during our meet and greet to ensure that she could mimic the routine my cats were used to as best as possible, and she kept my home neat and tidy and exactly as I had left it. She replied to messages quickly, and I appreciated that when the Rover app was down, she took the extra step to send updates and photos as a personal text instead. She was also very accommodating and was able to promptly adjust my booking dates when there was a sudden/unexpected change in my travel plans. Both of my cats took a liking to her fairly quickly and she did such a great job taking care of them while I was away! The Rover cards were brief (1-2 sentences for the visit summary and 1-2 photos per visit) and I would have liked more detailed updates and more photos but that was on me for not expressing so at the time of booking. Overall, Natalie was excellent and I would definitely recommend her services!
Natalie was such a great sitter for my cat! She followed all instructions and kept me updated at all times, even when he threw up a little bit on the floor. Very respectful of my home and made sure to give my little guy plenty of attention since he has a tendency to get bad separation anxiety when I leave for a few days. I would highly recommend her and already plan to book with her again!

Schedule
I'm currently working from home so I'm typical available through out the day as needed. This makes me a perfect fit for anyone who needs there pets to be cared for during the day while they work away from home. I have limited availability on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.
