To whomever it concerns: Natalia Vargas is a great dog walker, house sitter, and, more importantly, friend to our dog, and would be a wonderful addition to the Rover platform and Rover customers. In all our experiences with her, she has demonstrated professionalism, attention to detail care, and kindness to our furry friend. Natalia is an efficient and effective communicator, sending us photos of them on walks. Those photos are always lovely to receive especially when we are out town and miss our furry friend, Lucky. She's always making sure she has the appropriate resources to best assist Lucky during our time away on vacation, ensuring if there is new medication he might need to take, the name and number of his vet, as well as any neighbors she could contact if backup support is needed during our time away. She is always eager to help and step up, consistently communicating even on last minute requests. We will definitely continue calling on Natalia to take care of Lucky and highly recommend others to do so as well!
