Natalia was great with max. She kept me updated and sent lots of cute pic. Max really enjoyed playing with her dog Gonzo. He must have had such a great time because as soon as we get him home he went straight to his bed and hasn’t gotten up.
Natalia did an amazing job taking care of Coconut. She kept us updated with pictures and videos, which gave us so much peace of mind. She had bowls, toys, and everything the dogs needed, plus easy access to a secure backyard. Since Coconut doesn’t usually have free access to a yard, it was so nice that she could go in and out as she pleased. Natalia clearly has a great process in place to make sure the dogs are well cared for, and she gave us a detailed summary at the end of the stay. We felt completely comfortable and confident leaving Coconut with her. We will definitely be booking with her for all our future stays.
We were looking for a wonderful, safe place for our mini Schnauzer while we are away. Didn't want a boarding where he would be kept in a cage all day and so we found the Rover site where we found Natalia and her own pet, Gonzo who fit every important thing we were looking for in a person to entrust our dog too. We felt at ease and comfortable the minute we met Natalia and found her very knowledgeable about dog care and what helps dog adjust to a new environment which was a blessing because our dog is a little shy and skittish but she has managed to make him feel at home and safe. We are so grateful because now on our trips, we feel we are leaving our little guy with a friend he feels safe with and enjoying a play date with Gonzo. Actually, Gonzo is helping our Rocco learn how to play!
Natalia was a home away from home for Ryder. He played so well with her pup Gonzo and had a blast. I appreciated her flexibility, consistency in sending photos, and overall care she had for my dog. Thank you so much and I will be a repeat client.
Natalia is a great pet sitter. It is very apparent that she takes pride in and makes an great effort to be a knowledgeable caretaker as well as a caring one. Her ability to give honest and useful feedback to help with my puppy’s training and care is vital to his wellbeing. I will not hesitate to have her take care of any of my puppies in the future.
Natalia is a very communicative and caring sitter. We are fortunate to have found her and Gonzo is such a sweet playmate to our girl!
