I’ve been a friend of Natalia’s since we were in elementary and she’s always had a liking and love for animals and for taking care of them. When she was in middle school she would be constantly offering to walk dogs around the neighborhood, and always trying to spread the word to everyone that she could dogsit. She was able to have a few loyal long term clients during that time and they’ve all expressed how surprised they were that a teenager was so responsible with animals.
I was Natalia’s client for about a year and a half up until she moved states. I have a very grumpy senior doggy who does not let anybody but me (and ultimately natalia when she met her) carry her or treat her in any way thats more than feeding and taking her to potty. When my Nikki first met Natalia she was just as grumpy as she was with any other stranger. But Natalia was so patient and so determined that in about a month Nikki was also letting Natalia cuddle and pet her. Since my dog is old she also struggles to eat and everytime she eats, Natalia sits down next to her and most of the time hand feeds her food just so it could be easier for Nikki. Out of all the dog sitters Nikki has had, Natalia has been one of the most caring and patient one.
Ive seen Natalia take care of animals since she was very little. She started with things as small as cleaning out my cats litter everyday. I used to also dog sit and dog walk and i would sometimes take her with me in case she was interested in doing something like that once she was older. Being exposed to the wold of pet care since she was little gave her a lot of personal and professional experience since she was already taking care of pets since she was 13 years old. She’s a very capable person that has a lot of patience and love for animals.
